Products & Manufacturing
We proudly serve both the waste and transportation industries.
Our 2 main categories of products are poly truck fenders and poly dumpster lids.
We create our products through two means of production; thermoforming and CNC machining.
Almost all of our products are molded using a technology called thermoforming. In thermoforming, a sheet of plastic is heated in a special oven. Industrial vacuums are then used to suck the heated plastic up onto one of our proprietary molds, where it will take its final shape.
There is a small set of our products that are made with CNC machining. In CNC machining, we use digital drawings to instruct a robotic router to precisely cut sheets of plastic into the specified shapes.
All of our truck fenders and dumpster lids are made by thermoforming. Each different product has its own mold. Molds are very time consuming to create and very costly to have produced. We only have/make molds for parts that will be mass-produced. If you’re interested in mass-production, please contact us. Unfortunately, if you’re looking for a smaller amount of parts, we are not the right company for you.
