Fitment Check (Must verify before ordering):

The “dipped” section in the middle of the fenders requires a relatively low mounting position for the center bracket assembly (attaches to frame between tandem axles). If you measure down, from the top of the tire, there needs to be a mounting hole available between 11 and 22 inches.

You can set a 2×4″ board across the top of the tires (board is touching tires on both axles). Measure down from the bottom of the board. Again, there needs to be a mounting hole available lower than 11 inches, but no lower than 22 inches.

Summary:

1. Center bracket mounting hole available (between 11 and 22″ from top of tire, measuring down)
2. Axle spread is 54″ (from center to center)

If you do not have a mounting hole available in this area, you will have to either drill a hole or modify the center bracket assembly to work properly (at your own risk and direction).

The FTF-25 is a complete set of 4 fenders: Designed for maximum spray protection.
They’re individually thermoformed from UV-Stabilized, High Molecular Weight Polyethylene. That’s the toughest material in the business – the kind of material that takes impact after impact and bounces right back, without denting or cracking.

This full tandem fender set is made by securing our TAF-25 model fenders back to back. This provides full coverage on both sides of your truck for both axles – with a 20″ drop!

The required axle spread for the FTF-25 is 54″ (measuring center to center on the axles).

Notice on 5th Wheel Height:

Proper 5th wheel height is essential to ensure clearance between trailers and your fenders. You can measure from the ground to the top of the 5th wheel to determine 5th wheel height. Below are recommendations for 5th wheel height, depending on tire size:

22.5 ‘low-pro’ tires – 48”
22.5 tall tires – 49”
24.5 ‘low-pro’ tires – 49”
24.5 tall tires – 51”

This is a general guide for recommended spacing. It’s up to you to make sure that your trailer doesn’t contact the fenders. A higher 5th wheel will always be safer for clearance.
